Return & Exchange Policy

At Bepavo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not fit your home organization needs as planned. For this reason, we offer a return and exchange policy designed to provide customers with a clear and convenient process.

Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible while ensuring that all returned products meet the conditions necessary to maintain product quality and fairness for all customers.

Before requesting a return or exchange, please carefully review the following policy.


1. Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must generally be met:

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible

  • All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned

  • Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt must be provided

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Additionally, items returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold may be subject to partial refunds or may be declined.

2. Return Request Process

Before sending any item back, customers must first contact our customer support team to request return authorization.

To initiate a return, please provide the following information:

  • The item or items you wish to return

  • Photos of the product if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, as we must ensure that the return request is properly documented and eligible under our policy.

We recommend packaging returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.


3. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges may be available for:

  • different sizes

  • alternative product models

  • replacement items if the original product is defective

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • receive a full refund

  • receive store credit

  • select an alternative product of similar value

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference before the new item is shipped.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • photos of the packaging if visible damage occurred during shipping

Once we verify the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • replacement of the item at no additional cost

  • full refund of the product

  • partial refund if appropriate

  • store credit for future purchases

Our goal is to ensure that customers receive the correct products in good condition and that any issues are resolved promptly.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note the following refund details:

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after the return has been approved

  • The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item does not meet the full return conditions.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers may choose their preferred shipping carrier when returning items. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method to ensure the return package can be monitored during transit.

Bepavo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons.

These may include:

  • clearance or final sale items

  • customized or personalized products

  • items that have been used or modified

  • products returned without original packaging

  • items returned without prior authorization

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must instead follow the return process after delivery.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

In some cases, refunds for refused shipments may be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable return handling fees.

Customers are encouraged to verify shipping information carefully when placing an order.
